As word of mouth spread, her skills were in more demand. In 2005, Vicki started working for the Bridgetown Animal Hospital, where she is constantly upgrading her grooming skills, restraining animals and assisting with medical procedures, running laboratory samples and helping at the reception desk. Vicki lives in Paradise, NS with her husband Troy, her son Matthew, her two dogs Tory and Penny, her four cats: Teager, Lenny, Snowball and Pixie, her two mares Darby and Tinker, and last but certainly not least her two guinea pigs Pepper and Chipper.

My pets have been going to the Bridgetown Animal Hospital for over 20 years for all of their healthcare needs. From routine checkups to emergency situations, I have always been very impressed by the compassion, patience and professionalism that my family- both human and animal- have received from the staff at BAH.
